13 December 2019: Festive Day

Wear your festive jumper, socks, hat or Christmas head accessory to support Southampton Hospital Charity!

On the 13th December we are asking all hospital staff, local schools, colleges and businesses to take part in our Festive Day to raise funds for your National Elf Service!.

Festive headwear

Why not wear your festive jumper, novelty tie, socks, earrings, or antlers to work or school and donate just £1.

If this day doesn’t work for you – don’t worry. You can take part whenever suits you best.

To sign up please email or give us a call on 023 8120 8881. We will register you and post out a FREE fundraising pack with some helpful hints and materials.

And most importantly, don’t forget to show us your festive spirit on the day by sharing your photos!

Nurses in festive dressHow to maximise fundraising on the day:

You might want to go a little further by:

  • playing some festive games
  • having a Christmas cake sale
  • sponsoring your boss or head teacher to wear something festive (and silly) for the day.

Whatever you do you can send us your pictures and we will share them on social media.

We are also looking for choirs and musical groups to perform in the main entrance of the hospital this December to bring even more festive cheer to our patients and staff. If your singing or musical group would be interested in taking part please do let us know.
