Sponsorship Exposure – We are delighted to confirm The Daily Echo as our official newspaper partner. With continued support in the form of news, updates, and anecdotes, both in the paper and online.

The Echo has over 49,000 readers daily and 1.2 Million unique visitors to their website per month, these figures demonstrate that we are sure to offer you and your brand a very high level of exposure, associating you with a well respected, credible cause and event.

In addition, www.fightforlives.co.uk will blog updates including videos and pictures as well as promotions, followed by social media and email campaigns to the wider audience, several viral marketing campaigns are also planned to coincide with the event.

Fight For Lives supports a number of charities but for this particular golf – boxing event we will be looking to raise funds and exposure for the Greg Gilbert Cancer Campaign and Southampton Hospital Charity. Both are great local causes with close links to our events.

Greg Gilbert is known to many as the singer and guitarist of the band Delays and as an artist. To me, he is my fiancée, my joint adventurer through life but most importantly, the daddy to our two baby girls Dali (3) and Bay (1). He has recently been diagnosed with stage 4 bowel cancer that has spread to his lungs and to our horror has been told that the NHS is limited in what they can do to save him, so we need to look further afield.

Southampton Children’s Hospital Charity is part of Southampton Hospital Charity, raising funds for child health services within our hospital.
Southampton Children’s Hospital has some of the highest quality children’s services in the UK, the best outcomes and is one of only four hospitals in the UK capable of providing all hyper-acute children’s services on one site.

This major centre for specialist paediatric services in the south of England provides acute specialist care not only within our local community in Southampton but also to nine different counties, stretching from Devon to West Sussex, Oxfordshire to The Channel Islands.
